Join us for a lunch date with Ellen Straine. This 2 hour workshop includes a demonstration of gourmet classics from Julia Child and Jacques Pepin, including Pissaladières (onion and anchovy tarts), Vichyssoise (potato leek soup), Salade Niçoise, Coq au Vin, and Reine de Saba Gateau (chocolate almond cake).
Our instructor, Ellen, will walk you through the steps of creating a romantic and delicious menu. Master a few basic techniques then share your skills with the one you love! Advanced tickets required.

Ellen has been a food stylist since 1993. She grows vegetables, herbs, and flowers in her backyard gardens that often appear in her work. Using her experience and culinary creativity, she has styled food for advertising, cookbooks, menus, magazines, billboards, television, social media, and packaging. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband Jeff and their seven rescue dogs: Tootsie, Sparky, Stinkerbelle, Buddy, Wrigley, Angus, and Ozzy.
