Enjoy this fun and casual lunch with Ellen Straine. This 2 hour workshop includes a demonstration of soups from around the world, including Classic Tomato Soup, French Onion Soup, Italian Wedding Soup with Orzo, Indian Spiced Cauliflower Soup, Mexican Posole, and Berry Soup Shooters for dessert!

Our instructor, Ellen, will walk you through the steps of creating unique and flavorful soups & broths. Once you master a few basic techniques, you can make a host of variations. Advanced tickets required.

Ellen has been a food stylist since 1993. She grows vegetables, herbs, and flowers in her backyard gardens that often appear in her work. Using her experience and culinary creativity, she has styled food for advertising, cookbooks, menus, magazines, billboards, television, social media, and packaging. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband Jeff and their seven rescue dogs: Tootsie, Sparky, Stinkerbelle, Buddy, Wrigley, Angus, and Ozzy.
