Jambon-Beurre Sandwich
Mini Baguettes with Butter and Ham
Nothing more than an amazing baguette (preferably the skinny ficelle) topped with slightly salted French butter and spiced Parisian ham, it is a simple combination of the finest ingredients.
Ingredients:
8 skinny baguettes (preferably the skinny ficelle)
High-quality European butter, salted to your liking, at room temperature
Jambon de Paris or other high-quality ham, sliced paper thin
Instructions:
Slice each baguette length in half lengthwise so you have an open sandwich. Spread a lots of room temperature butter on the baguette then layer each with a few slices of ham. Close and enjoy!
